However, considering unexpected circumstances and accidents are totally not under our control any damaged products cannot be reused and we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. Lunna Cosmetics will not be responsible for any damages caused after delivery. No exchanges are allowed as all our products are personally cared for and handled by our experts.
Products that are lost or damaged during transit are eligible for replacement subject to proper submission of relevant proofs and a photograph of the damaged item submitted by the customer to us through email. If the damage is agreed and approved by us after inspecting the condition of the product, we shall then replace it within 10 to 15 days. Damages caused only to the outer cover or carton boxes will not be strictly considered under the refund policy. The damages caused to the product boxes, pouches or bottles shall be considered for refund or return. We request you to get in touch with us in this case within 2 to 3 days after receiving the products at your end.
Refund will be done only if the product doesn’t reach you within 15 days time … refund is processed to the same account from which you have paid via same payment method.
